Meeting the PPTRP people with this project has given the Samarnons a new hope. Anti-corruption groups are now united in putting into a stop the vicious cycle of irregular transactions in our provincial government . Samarnons are hoping to come up with leaders with integrity , sincerity, commitment and decisive resolve for the ultimate transformation of Samar. Congratulations to the various groups who are supportive of the project! At last, the Corruption Prevention Unit (CPU) is now in place with the Multi-Alliance for Transparency and Accountability in Samar (MATA-SAMAR) soon to be formally launched. All that's necessary is for the Samarnons is to take their stand,be vigilant and do their share. Let's be one in saving Samar!
